MY Shower Door is seeking coachable, mechanically inclined individuals ready to transform trade skills into a specialized craft. As a Glass Installation Technician, you won’t just install luxury frameless shower doors—you'll deliver the final, most important touch on high-end home renovations. Whether you have hands-on experience in tile, carpentry, drywall, or you're a quick learner with mechanical aptitude, we provide expert training and mentorship to launch your career.
nWhat You’ll Don
nInstall custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
nWork in a two-person team to complete installations on-site
nEngage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
nUse a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
nSafely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
nApply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
nMaintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
nFollow company safety and quality standards on every job

nReliable, punctual, and eager to learn
nComfortable using hand and power tools
nAble to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
nBackground in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
nPhysically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
nTeam-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
nWilling to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
nComfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
n n Qualificationsn
nExperience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing
nUnderstanding of construction finishing or remodeling
nFamiliarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
nPrevious experience working in residential job sites or customer-facing roles

Full-time
nMonday – Friday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with extended availability and overtime available)
