Job description
Eye Surgeons Associates Quad Cities in Bettendorf, IA / Rock Island, IL, is seeking a glaucoma specialist for a high-volume private practice. The position offers a $450K base with production incentives, potential partnership after 1.5 years, and the option to remain an employee.
Four to six weeks of call per year and a supportive team are provided. The practice emphasizes a low call burden, an in-house ASC with two ORs, and collaboration with retina, cornea, and other ophthalmology specialists
