The practice offers comprehensive glaucoma care including advanced diagnostics, medical management, laser procedures, and surgical intervention. With strong internal and external referrals, Miramar Eye Specialists provides a unique opportunity for a glaucoma specialist to practice at scale within a collaborative, high-caliber clinical environment.

Location: Ventura County, CA Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Partnership Track Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma
Active California medical license or ability to obtain
Interest in program growth and subspecialty leadership
