The Opportunity
As our fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon, you will:
Manage a diverse, high-volume glaucoma practice encompassing medical, laser, and surgical care
Perform the full spectrum of glaucoma procedures, including iDose, MIGS, trabeculectomy and tube shunt surgery
Collaborate with our cataract surgery teams on routine and complex co-management cases, including access to our LENSAR Ally robotic laser system for premium cataract surgery, Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) technology, Optos ultra-widefield retinal imaging and state of the art diagnostic equipment.
Contribute to practice-wide quality improvement initiatives and have a voice in adopting emerging technologies
Serve patients from Tyler and across the broader East Texas region who are seeking subspecialty expertise
Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO with successful completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency
Completion of a fellowship in glaucoma from an accredited program
Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Strong surgical skills and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Collaborative spirit and genuine enthusiasm for being part of a growing, innovative practice
