Job description
I partner with a practice in north-west Phoenix, AZ searching for a locum Dentist to assist with ongoing coverage. If interested in learning more, call/text anytime or schedule a time to speak: .
Position:
Start Date: ASAP, pending credentialing
Credentialing Time frame: 7-12 days
Schedule: 4-5 days per week
Hours: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Fridays let out early
Practice Make-up: 13 operatories
Procedures: Bread and Butter, Same day treatment
Support Staff: Two Hygienist
Patient Volume: 8-13 patients per day
Compensation:
Daily guarantee
