Job TitleSet up and operate Glenro drying, curing, or finishing systems according to job specifications.Load materials and monitor throughput to ensure proper temperature, speed, and tension settings.Adjust machine controls to maintain consistent processing and high-quality output.Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure materials meet production and customer standards.Perform minor maintenance and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.Record production data accurately and complete all required documentation.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and protocols.Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and production teams to optimize operations.
