HOME CARE MANAGER -Gloucester, MA

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Manager to lead operations in our Gloucester office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee the daily operations of home care services
Manage scheduling and help ensure strong client-caregiver matches
Maintain effective communication with clients, families, caregivers, and care teams
Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction
Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers
Assist with caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and retention
Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company standards
Manage reports, documentation, and payroll preparation
Participate in the on-call rotation as needed
Help identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of home care experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working with technology and electronic systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
EDUCATION
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health or Human Services preferre
