Glossier NYC seeks a Director, Global Account Strategy to steer how the brand grows inside its retail partnerships worldwide, leading joint business planning, assortment and exclusive strategy, promotional and retail media investments, and the forecasting handshake with demand planning.
The role translates brand ambitions into partner-level plans and negotiates the terms that make them real. You will manage high-stakes wholesale relationships with large specialty retailers from our New York HQ.
