ONE ON ONE zoekt een hands-on Head of Accounting die sterke boekhoudkundige expertise combineert met coachend leiderschap. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van de financiële organisatie, inclusief consolidatie, rapportages en data-gedreven besluitvorming.
Je werkt aan de digitalisering van processen, stelt KPI’s en forecasts op en werkt nauw samen met de CEO om de toekomstige financiële organisatie vorm te geven.
