Job description
HARMAN International seeks a Quality Director for the Acoustics Business Unit to oversee quality performance across NPI and legacy products. This role includes defining and executing the quality strategy while managing a global team. Responsibilities include improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and leading quality efforts aligned with business goals.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 15+ years in Quality or Operations, and strong expertise in quality management systems and acoustics. This position may be performed remotely.
