Job description
Syensqo SA is seeking a Global Automation Lead - Controls to direct our global controls engineering capability across multiple sites, including Winona, MN. This hands-on leadership role combines people management with delivery of major automation initiatives and standards development.
You will lead a team of controls engineers, set the global strategy, modernise control systems, and drive MES integration while collaborating with IT, sites, and senior stakeholders.
