Job description
Deckers Brands, Goleta, CA, seeks a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to manage multi-country benefit programs in a hybrid role (in-office three days a week). You will lead APAC renewals, Canada programs, expatriate and mobility benefits, and analyze benefits data to improve governance and employee experience.
You will partner with payroll, finance, and vendors, maintain Workday setups, and drive compliance while delivering competitive, employee-centric benefits globally.
