Circana is seeking a Vice President, Global Benefits to lead the global benefits strategy and governance. The role centers on centralizing benefits delivery, building enterprise-wide capabilities, and driving compliant, cost-effective programs across countries.
Leading a growing team, you will partner with Total Rewards, HR, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to design, implement, and optimize benefits using AI-driven automation while aligning with Circana’s talent strategy and HR Mission.
