Job description
Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support daily benefits administration, LOA management, and global workplace accommodations. You will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant, accurate programs and an excellent employee experience.
The role emphasizes LOA coordination across the Americas, including FMLA, disability, parental, and other leaves, plus administering global accommodations and health and welfare
