Job description
Creative Artists Agency seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Global Benefits to drive global strategy and governance. You will partner with Benefits leadership to deploy programs across markets, monitor spend and performance, and craft communication and enrollment plans that resonate worldwide.
The role requires 8–10+ years in multinational benefits, strong vendor management, and fluency with benefits tech like Workday. Hybrid in LA or NYC with a focus on scalable, compliant programs.
