Job description
Spectrum Brands' Home & Garden division in the St. Louis area seeks an experienced marketing leader to drive Brand P&L, oversee multi-brand shopper marketing, and deliver sales, gross margin and EBITDA targets.
You will partner with the VP Marketing to craft integrated plans across channels, lead product launches, and optimize spend. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in brand/shopper marketing for consumer brands, a Marketing degree (MBA preferred), experience with regulated/outdoor categories,
