Job description
Phifer & Company seeks a results‑driven CMO to lead a 20‑person marketing organization across brand, growth, creative, insights, product marketing and communications. You’ll own global brand strategy, performance marketing, and international market entry to drive valuation and market dominance.
You’ll partner with the CEO, CFO, and PE stakeholders to scale the business across retail, DTC, omnichannel, and new markets, while delivering measurable impact and scalable growth.
