Job description
Molex is seeking a Director of Cable Products Segment to drive revenue, profit, and market share within the Cable Assembly segment. You will manage a global team of Product and Business Development managers, work with sales and manufacturing plants, and travel nationally and internationally to grow the business.
The role leads strategic plans, pricing analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-facing initiatives to meet growth targets and ROCC goals.
