Job description
Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Capture Manager to lead international captures, reporting to offices in McLean, VA or Huntsville, AL. You will drive win strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver competitive proposals to secure new business.
Responsibilities include developing capture strategies, managing risk, pricing, and teaming, with up to 50% travel and interaction with senior leadership while ensuring compliance with DoW/US FMS processes.
