The Global Category Director - Collagen will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of Rousselot’s collagen category. This role will involve leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing category strategies, and ensuring the successful commercialization of collagen products.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Develop and implement global category strategies for collagen, aligned with Rousselot’s overall business objectives
Develop pricing strategies and provide pricing guidance to ensure competitive positioning and profitability
Formulate and execute growth strategies for the collagen product line, focusing on market expansion and customer acquisition
Lead marketing promotion efforts, including digital marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation
Drive sustainability initiatives within the collagen category, ensuring alignment with Rousselot’s sustainability goals
Provide product management expertise, including overseeing the product lifecycle from development to market launch
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the successful commercialization and launch of new collagen products
Monitor and report on category performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote collagen products and engage with key stakeholders
Oversee lead management processes, ensuring effective tracking, nurturing, and conversion of leads into customers
Lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to drive category growth and innovation

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field
Deep understanding of the collagen market and its applications is preferred Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving commercial success
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Passion for innovation and sustainability
Willingness to travel internationally as required up to 35%
CRM knowledge
Experienced project manager, managing large projects
