Job description
AstraZeneca is seeking a Strategy and Commercial Executive Director for Cell Therapy Strategy and Commercial (CTSC) to shape and drive end-to-end strategy for a defined indication. You will partner with global commercial, clinical strategy, and BD teams to advance pipeline assets and launch readiness across multiple regions.
The role requires senior leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
