Job description
The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Global Change Management Leader, Customer Experience CoE to drive enterprise-wide transformation across Customer Experience and Order-to-Cash. You will shape adoption of new operating models, technologies, and processes in a global, matrixed organization.
You will develop and execute a global change management strategy, lead stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations, design standardized frameworks, and partner with program leaders to deliver campaigns
