Job description
TVH in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Global Change Management Expert to lead people-side change during enterprise transformations. You will define and execute end-to-end change strategies using the ADKAR framework, build communication and sponsorship plans, and drive employee adoption across digital transformation programs.
You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, coach managers, monitor adoption metrics, and implement corrective actions to sustain outcomes.
