Job description
EARTHDAY.ORG is seeking a strategic, creative Chief Marketing Officer to lead the organization’s global marketing strategy, brand, audience growth, and campaigns. The CMO will direct a seven-person team and collaborate across fundraising, programs, and communications to drive awareness, participation, advocacy, and giving.
They will spearhead AI-driven marketing, apply privacy-conscious automation, and ensure authentic voice while scaling impact.
