Job description

Omega Healthcare Management Services seeks a VP Client Services/Principal I to lead the management and growth of a defined Omega client portfolio, potentially exceeding $30M in revenue. You will oversee client satisfaction, retention, and expansion across global operations.

You will supervise Client Service Executives, shape growth plans, coordinate with Sales on SOWs and contracts, and manage escalations in a matrix environment. Travel up to 25% is required.
