Job description
Lilly in Stamford, CT seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Development Trial Lead to guide cross-functional teams through complex trials. You will shape study strategy, manage timelines, budgets, and risk, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across regions.
You will partner with CROs, ISSTs/ASTs, and TPOs, lead enrollment planning from country allocation to LPET, and mentor new CDTLs while advancing patients' access to innovative therapies.
