Novartis is seeking an Global Clinical Operations AI Program Associate Director in East Hanover, NJ for a hybrid role requiring 12 days in the office per month. You will drive delivery of GCO's AI portfolio, translating ideas into scalable, compliant solutions that improve how teams work.
This position coordinates AI roadmaps, enables adoption, and leads program execution across Clinical Operations, Development AI, Data, and IT.
