Job description
Medtronic plc in Minneapolis, MN (also in Mounds View and Fort Worth) seeks a Strategy Leader for the CNC Machining Center of Excellence. You will define global manufacturing strategies for CNC machining and finishing, lead technology roadmaps, and drive standardization across the manufacturing network.
This onsite role (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) requires 10+ years in manufacturing/engineering, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of deploying new production technologies.
