Job description
PayJoy is seeking a global collections leader to set strategy and scale efforts across our markets from San Francisco. The role focuses on achieving strong portfolio performance while treating customers fairly and building long-term value.
You will define the global collections strategy, partner with Marketing, Operations, Credit & Risk, Data Science, Compliance, Product and Engineering, and manage external partners to ensure compliant, customer-friendly collection practices at scale.
