Job description
PayJoy seeks a seasoned global collections leader to define and scale our repayment strategy across multiple regions. The role reports to the COO and co-founder and drives meaningful bottom-line impact while upholding PayJoy’s mission as a Public Benefit Corporation.
The leader will build segmentation, testing, and external partnerships to optimize portfolio performance, customer experience, and lifetime value at scale.
