Job description
BrandSafway is seeking a Director, Global Compensation to lead the development and execution of its long‑term compensation strategy while hands‑on with detailed work such as incentive plan design and governance. The role requires moving from strategy to execution across base pay, incentives, salary structures, and job architecture.
You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate practices, ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in efficiency and scalability
