Zendesk is actively seeking a Director of Compensation to own the strategy, governance, and operational execution of global programs. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Total Rewards to drive workforce planning, pay equity, and budget outcomes.
