Job description
Evonik Corporation in Piscataway, NJ seeks a Compensation Partner to administer compensation programs and lead the annual salary planning and incentive initiatives across the U.S., Canada, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
You will conduct market assessments, perform job evaluations, and advise HR partners on compensation issues. Local telecommuting up to 3 days/week with travel up to 5% domestic and 5% international.
