Job description
Hilton is seeking a Manager, Compensation Technology to join our Corporate HR team. This role is based at one of our offices in McLean, VA, Memphis, TN, or Dallas, TX.
You will partner with Total Rewards to configure Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation, develop reports and dashboards, and manage data loads and integrations to support compensation processes. You will be the primary escalation point for compensation tech issues, drive release readiness, and document processes for audit readiness.
