Job description
An international company in Andover, MA is seeking a Controller to manage accounting, tax, and treasury functions in accordance with GAAP. Responsibilities include directing the month-end close process, ensuring compliance, and managing audits. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a Controller role. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, with advanced degrees or CPA preferred. The position requires on-site work 2-3 days a week.
