Job description
Dematic’s in-house legal team seeks a Corporate Counsel to advise the Sales organization and other business units on commercial transactions while managing legal, regulatory, contractual, and operational risks.
The role involves drafting and negotiating master sales agreements, terms and conditions, statements of work, software and service agreements, and data processing agreements, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. A J.D. and 3–6 years of relevant experience are required.
