Job description
AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to provide key legal support across contract management, real estate, labor and employment, and corporate governance, domestically and internationally.
The role involves reviewing/negotiating NDAs and vendor contracts, coordinating lease reviews with outside counsel, supporting HR on legal inquiries, drafting employment agreements, and assisting with litigation and discovery. A competitive wage range is provided.
