Job description
Intapp is seeking an attorney to help execute on its growth as the governed AI platform for professional firms across legal, accounting, and capital markets. This corporate counsel role spans US and international subsidiary governance, hands-on M&A support from diligence to integration, and securities work for a NASDAQ-listed company.
You will work across the business close to the deals and directly with leadership to manage governance, drafting, and regulatory matters globally.
