Job description
Ingersoll Rand is seeking an in-house Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on commercial priorities and enterprise initiatives. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and coordinate complex corporate transactions across jurisdictions.
Ideal candidates will have a J.D. with extensive experience in contract law, strong advisory and drafting skills, and the ability to drive pragmatic solutions in a global organization.
