Job description
Rubrik is seeking a Manager, Global Deal Operations and Governance to lead the deal operations team across regions. You will own day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and set SLAs while partnering with IT/CPQ to enhance quoting processes.
In this role, you’ll mentor a global team, make defensible decisions in ambiguity, and push for AI-driven automation to reduce manual effort. The position supports hybrid/remote work with US-based offices.
