Job description
Rubrik is seeking a Manager of Global Deal Operations & Governance to lead a global team responsible for exception-based quoting and end-to-end deal governance. You will drive process improvements, partner with IT/CPQ, and ensure fast, accurate quote-to-cash execution across regions.
You will influence senior leaders with clear, data-driven recommendations and mentor a team through quarter-end peaks and changing requirements, while pushing for automation to reduce manual overhead.
