Job description
AeroVironment is seeking a Business Development Director to lead growth across domestic and international markets, identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive proposals to win contracts.
You will collaborate with internal teams and partners, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior staff, and travel up to 50% to pursue new business in defense and unmanned systems.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of BD experience in related fields.
