Job description
Plexus Corp. in Neenah, WI seeks a results-driven Demand Management & Planning leader to define and deploy world-class processes globally. You will lead cross-regional initiatives, develop metrics, SOPs, and training to optimize service levels and inventory.
Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential for driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–10+ years (or Master’s with 5+ years) in the field and prior management experience.
