Job description
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, WW Autoimmune Cell Therapy Medical Affairs, to lead medical strategy for early CAR T assets targeting autoimmune diseases. You will partner with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access and HEOR to ensure aligned governance and impactful medical plans across global teams.
The role requires senior leadership in a matrix, with strong communication, strategic thinking and a patient-centered approach. Travel up to 25% is expected.
