Job description
Waters Corporation in San Diego seeks a Global Director of Product Management, Clinical Assays to lead the full lifecycle of Waters Biosciences assays, guiding strategy, roadmap, and commercial deployment. The role reports to the VP/GM, Reagents & Assays and collaborates with Pharma/Companion Diagnostics teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in life sciences or clinical diagnostics, with a strong track record in launching IVD/CE‑IVD assays, and deep regulatory and market access knowledge.
