Job description
ODL is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement in Zeeland, MI to lead a global CI strategy across manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain to standardize problem solving and run daily management, delivering measurable improvements in quality, delivery, cost, and scalability.
The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 10+ years in manufacturing/ops, and the ability to influence across functions while traveling
