Job description
Lincoln Electric seeks a Senior Director of Digital Adoption & Enablement to drive enterprise-wide adoption of digital initiatives across a global manufacturing organization.
You will define end-to-end organizational change management and embed adoption into program planning and governance, partnering with executives, IT, HR, and transformation leaders to translate digital investments into sustained business outcomes.
