Job description
PAX, a leading cannabis brand, seeks a Director of E-Commerce to own the global DTC engine end-to-end across US, Canada, UK, and EU. You’ll manage Shopify headless storefronts, drive CRO, localization, and lifecycle programs while aligning with regulatory requirements.
You’ll own the growth engine, attribution, and a multi-channel strategy including paid media, SEO/SEM, and marketplaces, with a focus on ROAS and customer lifetime value.
