Job description
UGI Corporation is seeking a Director, Ethics & Compliance to lead the global ethics and compliance program across the U.S. enterprise and international operations.
This high-visibility role reports to the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel and shapes policy, training, and due diligence. You will oversee sanctions and trade compliance (OFAC, EU, UK), develop risk assessments, and partner with business units, Legal, HR, Internal Audit, and the Board’s Audit Committee to drive improvements
