Job description
Finlays Solutions is seeking a Director of Health & Safety to lead occupational health, safety, and process safety across the business unit. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with the Global Head of Health & Safety to translate global strategy into practical, risk-based programs across sites.
The successful candidate will build H&S capability, manage the H&S team, and drive sustained improvements toward ambitious 2030 safety targets across diverse geographies and operations.
